Works awesome already. Gonna switch to paid soon. Really love the icloud cal integration! Why not to make same for native notes and reminders as well? Im looking for one app that will integrate these 3 iCloud things together.

It is a very convenient and visually pleasing app for task management, but I was extremely disappointed with the fact that there is only a calendar synchronization, and there’s no task synchronization between iphone and ipad devices. I hope this function will be developed in the nearest future, because now it’s just overpriced.

Easy and comfortable app

Not all tasks synchronize across iPad and iPhone for some reason. A web version, a Pc version and a Mac version would also be nice!

on my iPad has stopped seeing each other with the screen in full, you can see a half, I sent two messages to the staff for clarification but have not received a response.

Was a customer of the previous planner plus. This company recently cut off syncing support on the old app they made everyone pay for and now are leaving customers scrambling to find other alternatives. This new app doesnt even support Dropbox anymore. Please save your $5/year and find a different app. This company went down the drain very quickly! Bad reviews are going to pile up!

Running an online magazine can be exhausting but this calendar has really helped me out. It syncs well with iCal so I can keep my work and professional life separate simply by choosing the calendars I want to see. THANKS!

Would like to have a journal feature to make notes outside of tasks.

Had the free version. Decided to upgrade. Paid my $4.99 and downloaded to my IPad Pro. It doesnt recognize I have paid and defaults to a message telling me to upgrade! And I first deleted the old app and restarted my IPad. Frustrating as I think its a good app if I can get it installed.

I love this app

In the day view, better to allow free dragging up and down for the positions of the tasks instead of always having to go inside the tasks to set ABC priorities in order to arrange their positions in the day view.

This is my favorite and most used app. I have had it for four years, so when the app was changed from Planner Plus to Planner Pro there was some hiccups. At first the developers were not replying to my emails, and I was upset and confused about the direction the app took. (Changed from Dropbox support to a subscription). However, then the developers contacted me and made things right and helped me to more easily switch from Planner Plus to Planner Pro. Because of this experience my husband now purchased a subscription to the app, since $4.99 per year is cheaper than buying a paper planner, and more convenient! This app has everything you need to replicate a regular paper app, and even more, because you can set up recurring events and tasks. Great!

This program has made my work at the front desk of a theatre/academy as the operations manager a whole lot easier. I was really looking for an app that could handle my schedule, notes (though the notes system could use a more comprehensive general view than one that only lets you view notes on the day they were written), and, most importantly, manage my tasks. As the first line to meet and speak with customers, any front desk position can largely benefit from the ease, simplicity, and organization of this task list. It is very intuitive and easy to input a title, due date, and notes for each task, and when I am done with each task, a simple checkbox moves the task to the completed area. This means I can see what I have to do today, what is past due (appears in red), and optionally what I have already done in case some completed task needs an update. I love it and the fact that I can view and work between my different devices without having to upload and transfer anything. I could go on, but I have to use this app to get back to work! My advice... there is no risk trying out the free version which is almost the same as the pro version (not that the pro version is bad you simply get a lot of functionality out of the free version). What are you waiting for? Stop reading reviews and just try the darn thing...
