I have used this app for the last two years on my iPhone and my iPad. Its a great replacement for the manual Franklin Dayplanner that I used for years.
So why does Planner Plus get changed to Planner Pro without notifying me? All of the sudden my tasks stop syncing between my phone and iPad (I use them interchangeably), and I only noticed when I missed a critical task.
I contacted the developers to find out they no longer support Dropbox. Fine, but tell me. Then I am asked to pay an annual fee. Fine, but I purchased the app so why do I have to keep paying? Developers said, no problem, show us your receipt and the program will be free. I did that, and its 5 days later, and an app that I have come to count on is still not working...they havent actually made the app free...I am being asked daily to pay the annual fee.
Im not sure if the developers dont work weekends, but guess what I do. App is great, but customer service leaves something to be desired.
At this point it appears the only way I am going to get to used what I have already paid for, is to pay it again!
